Knowledge Base
Your Knowledge base is the KBucket file you have created in your Kurator app. Here you simply add the sync link to upload your content to your KChat account.
ChatBots
Once you've added your Knowledge Base, you're ready to create your Chatbot. At this point, you can select your LLMs, reference link destinations, opening message, and the overall look and feel of your Chatbot.
Analytics
Your plan determines the quota for your Knowledge Base and the number of responses. You can monitor your chatbot usage in the Analytics tab on your dashboard.
Chat Logs
All questions and responses are recorded under the chat log tab in your dashboard. This allows you to review user questions and chatbot responses, and use this information to enhance your chatbot.
